Gutter Lining
A common problem with industrial roofs is where the internal gutters are leaking. These gutters tend to come in three metre interlocking sections and therefore there are joints every three metres.
Flat Roofing
We offer almost every possibility and system you could choose for a modern-day flat roof so we can point you in the right way of choosing what you want out of your roof. What material would be best for the size of the roof and project.
Felting
Offering built up felt systems with guarantees and a product insured material warranty. A nice traditional finish and structural sound, a lot tougher than modern day rubber systems.
General Roof Maintenance
Gutters start to rust and corrode if left untreated. CGL’s high quality gutter lining prevents rust, corrosion and other wear and tear. We have come across all shapes, sizes and profiles and have great success in lining with our seamless polypropylene gutterflex membrane into existing gutters.
Lead Replacement
As the value of lead has risen, any type of building with lead protection in its roof, or with lead pipes, is increasingly a target for thieves.
Sales of Gutterflex Liner
As well as fitting polypropylene Gutterflex we also sell the material to professionals wishing to buy quantities to complete specific jobs. The membrane comes in any width you want in a 12 metre roll or 24 metre rolls.

A favourite on smaller roofs as the pro to this material is if you get it right then this can come with no joins. Meaning a seamless roof and impossible to leak.
Single ply membrane
With these system roofs lasting from 50 – 70 years then really the single ply roof is the premier league for flat roofs. Coming in a dark grey, light grey, copper and silver colour and many more you can modernise your roof in many ways.
GRP Fibreglass
GRP is comprised of polyester resin and chopped strand mat glass fibres, which are mixed together to form a laminate. GRP fibreglass has become one of the most popular forms of flat roofing systems because it is not only a strong material but doesn’t add too much extra weight to the structure.
